Anesh is a nationally qualified Massage Therapist who has been practising since 2013. Her treatment is specifically tailored to the patients’ needs taking into consideration client history and any prescribed treatment plans. She specialises in pain management and is passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind. She can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued sore muscles post-workout, as well as work with you on injury rehabilitation. She can assist in the relief of migraines and tension-related headaches as well as help you forget about life’s stresses for an hour with a relaxation focused treatment.
Anesh is experienced in several modalities of massage including; Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot stone massage, ear candling and cupping. Having worked in the corporate environment for 18 years, she understands what it is like to try and balance a hectic schedule. Her serene approach offers harmony, balance, and ease to your busy life.
She encourages everyone to recognise massage as a maintenance plan for their body and believes massage is a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
Anesh is very passionate about the field of massage therapy and focuses on the alleviation of pain. Her aim is to holistically treat her patients while making massage an affordable and valuable part of their wellness plans.
When she is not treating patients, you can find her being an awesome mum to two beautiful daughters and a loving wife who also tries to make a difference in helping out with community events, local and international projects.
Qi is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and newly graduated Myotherapist with a strong passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. Over the past four years, he has worked across community aged care, mobile massage, and physiotherapy clinics, giving me a broad understanding of client needs ranging from chronic pain management to sports and posture-related issues.
His approach combines hands-on treatment with functional assessment to identify the root cause of discomfort. He enjoy taking the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, work demands, and movement patterns so he can tailor treatment plans that truly make a difference. Whether it’s improving mobility, reducing pain, or supporting injury recovery, his goal is always to help clients build long-term resilience and confidence in their body.
Qi is particularly passionate about movement-focused rehabilitation and helping clients create sustainable habits that support better posture and everyday function. He believes that treatment doesn’t end on the table—education and simple, effective home strategies are just as important.
